What is A.R.T.?

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) is an evidence-based therapy that is showing results more rapidly than traditional talk therapy (approximately 1 to 5 sessions).   Clients suffering from anxiety, depression, panic disorder, phobias, trauma and many other mental and physical conditions can feel  significant results starting in the first session. A.R.T. is not hypnosis.   The client is always in control of the entire A.R.T. session, with the therapist guiding the process. The process is very straightforward, using relaxing eye movements  to change the way in which negative images are stored in the brain.

As a Master A.R.T. therapist I have worked with many individuals with a variety of issues.  I have found this type of therapy to be very beneficial for my clients.  I have also received a lot of feedback from my clients that not only do they enjoy this type of therapy but are amazed at its effectiveness.  Please contact me if you would like to know more or would like to schedule an A.R.T. session.
