Cancellation: Clients are responsible to give 24 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointments. Clients may be billed up to the the session fee for any appointments that are missed or changed without proper notice.
Insurances Accepted:
Contact your insurance company to inquire about out of network behavioral health benefits. Your plan may reimburse for some or all of the cost for services.
Important Client Information
Confidentiality: The therapeutic relationship is confidential and subject to Federal HIPAA laws. Simply stated, with few exceptions, what is discussed between the therapist and the client is protected and by law the therapist is not permitted to disclose such information except under legally sanctioned circumstances including risk to self or another person, or suspected abuse of a vulnerable person.
